As you are aware, general wear and tear on a property is inevitable. Maintenance of your asset will ensure that the value appreciates. To assist you in this regard we have put in place a maintenance division which assists in emergency, breakage and preventative maintenance.
They are also well equipped and trained to handle any improvements such as painting, tiling, bathroom and kitchen improvements.
Certain repairs will require a specialist such as plumbing, waterproofing, and electrical. We arrange for the quotations to be sent to you for approval. We also inspect the maintenance work to ensure that it meets the highest standards, before the bill is settled.
We will provide you with a quote for the work to be performed after inspecting the property. Should we be unable to perform the work ourselves we will obtain quotes for you from specialist providers such as plumbers and electricians. No work is undertaken without owner approval, except in the case of an emergency, such as a burst geyser, waterpipe, or electrical repairs.

We have also entered into 30 day payment arrangements for our electricians and plumbers, to ensure that you will not be in a predicament should an emergency arise and you do not have the cash for a normal COD callout.
