Our experienced property management division provide a full management solution for either your residential or commercial property.
WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Collections
- We can pay the funds collected directly to your chosen bank account.
- Pay the entire utility bill to the service provider on your behalf.
We will e-mail you a copy of the relevant utility statement upon request, for your records.
Payments
- All rental payments are collected by debit order.
- A monthly statement is e-mailed to you, detailing the income and expenditure.
- Your income is electronically deposited to your selected banking account on the 7th of each month.
- All our records are backed up daily to ensure no loss of data.
- All documents are scanned to your electronic file and can be e-mailed to you upon request.
We only collect a fee from the rental collected and no fee or commission is deducted from any utility income collected from the tenant. We also follow up will all tenants who are late in their payments or fail to pay. We also assist in handling any matter that is requires legal action and will keep you as the owner informed of our progress at all times.
As a landlord you will receive a full statement on a monthly basis reflecting all receipts and payments.
Maintenance
Our maintenance division will report on all maintenance requirements to ensure that you are in the loop at all times on matters relating to any repairs required. Should the tenant be responsible for damage we will assist in monitoring the repair process and report back on completion.
Should repairs require a submission to your insurance company, we will assist in liaising with the company concerned and act as a conduit between you and the insurer. We will also inspect the repairs to determine that the maintenance work is carried out to standard.
